1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Roopaya website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability at the selected location.
• A booking confirmation is sent via SMS after successful reservation.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time through the website or by calling us. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

4. Payments

Payments are collected at the salon after your appointment is complete. We accept cash, UPI, and card payments. No online payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Service Availability

Services and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disrespectful or disruptive manner.

6. Liability

Roopaya is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from services rendered. Please inform our staff of any known allergies or skin conditions before your appointment begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Roopaya and may not be reproduced without written permission.
